Vanochtend is het in het midden en noorden bewolkt met in het noordoosten plaatselijke gladheid en in het uiterste noordoosten eerst mogelijk nog wat lichte sneeuw. In de loop van de ochtend breekt de zon in het zuiden af en toe door. De wind is zwak tot matig uit het oosten of zuidoosten, in het Waddengebied kan de wind later vrij krachtig worden. Vanmiddag is er af en toe zon en is het eerst overal droog. Later neemt in het zuiden de bewolking toe en gaat het daar af en toe licht regenen. De middagtemperatuur loopt uiteen van rond het vriespunt in het noordoosten tot 7°C in het uiterste zuidwesten. De wind is overwegend matig en in het Waddengebied vrij krachtig, uit het zuidoosten. Vanavond regent het in het zuiden af en toe, verder is het droog. De wind komt uit het zuidoosten en is matig, in het noordelijk kustgebied en op het IJsselmeer vrij krachtig.Komende nacht gaat het van het zuidwesten uit af en toe regenen, in het noordoosten blijft het nog droog. Elders staat een matige, aan de kust mogelijk vrij krachtige, oost- tot zuidoostenwind. Morgenmiddag wordt het in het noorden droog en verdwijnt daar de gladheid. Elders schijnt de zon soms, maar de bewolking blijft overheersen. In het zuiden staat weinig wind, in het noorden is de wind matig uit oostelijke richtingen. De maximumtemperatuur van 1°C in het noordoosten tot 10°C in het zuidwesten. Morgenavond blijft het op de meeste plaatsen droog. Plaatselijk ontstaat nevel.
